Imagine this:

You’re neurodivergent, and you’re a parent, and life feels… manageable

Sound too good to be true?
Enter Toss 22

Peer support for neurodivergent parents

It’s about taking things off your plate
It’s not always the right time to add more to your plate, especially when you’re burnt out. Toss 22 can lighten your load when you’re at max capacity.

Here to support you, not steer you
Toss 22 isn’t here to tell you what’s best for your family or pressure you into anything. It isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. Every family will have a tailored experience.

No need to mask or perform
In fact, it’s better if you don’t! Toss 22 is all about embracing neurodiversity and authenticity.

Help from someone who gets it
Toss 22 is built by a ND parent for ND parents, which means you won’t have to put so much time and energy into explaining yourself and your family.

Meet Molly

I’m Molly Jones and I’ve created Toss 22 for neurodivergent parents — the ones who feel like everything is too much but can’t figure out how to get help without burning out even more. Because I’ve been there. Oh, how I’ve been there!

Molly has dark hair in a ponytail, a bright red-orange sweater, and is smiling at the camera.

Here’s a little more about me:

  • I live in the Pacific Northwest with my partner and our wonderful (and complex!) little human.

  • I’m simultaneously serious and silly, bitter and hopeful, analytical and creative.

  • I’m deeply passionate about making the world a better place for my ND community!

  • I’ve spent the last dozen years working in content strategy and human-centered design, and I’ve picked up a lot of useful skills along the way (if I do say so myself).

  • I like to be creative through ridiculous wordplay, making my own picture books and board games, and, well, this!
