About Toss 22
Toss 22 serves the unique needs of neurodivergent parents
Specifically, it exists to support the ND parents who are overwhelmed and exhausted — not because there’s anything wrong with them or their families, but because the support system they need doesn’t seem to actually exist.
It’s here to bring creative approaches to challenges like finding time for self-care and building your community. All in a neuroinclusive space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported.

Hello! I’m Molly Jones. I founded Toss 22 this year with the goal of putting my time and energy into something I believe in. Something that allows me to make a living while making an impact, all while keeping burnout at bay. I’m still getting started, and I would love your support!
A bit more about me:
I live in the Pacific Northwest with my partner and our wonderful (and complex!) little human.
I’ve spent the last many years working in writing/content strategy and user experience.
That said, my proudest workplace accomplishment is creating a safe space for my fellow ND employees!
My personality is simultaneously serious and silly, bitter and hopeful, analytical and creative.
Two of my personal favorite ND resources are the NEST Approach from Spectrum Gaming and NeuroWild’s art and resources!
Why “Toss 22,” you ask? It’s a play on “catch-22.”
I’ve often felt that parenthood is exactly that — a catch-22. You know you need to take care of yourself, get your needs met, but it feels impossible without sacrificing the needs of your family. Where will you find the time? What will you have to let go?
The answer, of course, is that we’re not meant to do it alone. We need support. When it all becomes too much to hold by ourselves, we have to learn to toss. To let someone else hold it for a moment, have a turn with it, so that by the time we have it back it doesn’t feel quite so heavy.
